You should get more photos of movement, caseback/interior and of both surfaces with bracelet removed. bezel's colors should be faded a bit more given age of the watch, so agree, as indicated, it seems a replacement. I like the 1675 gilt dials and the 1675 radial dial. Otherwise I prefer the 16750 matte over the matte 1675. The main visual difference between the two is the hand stack positions of the GMT, Hour, Minute, and Seconds hands. While the bezel and bezel insert are genuine Rolex parts, the black insert is from the 1980s, therefore, while genuine, it would be considered a service replacement part for the OPs GMT 1675 which appears to have several service parts. I am strongly considering modifying a 1675 GMT Master with either the dial and hands from a 1655 or just the hands. Here are a couple crude mockups. I'm leaning towards just modding the hands, as it looks a little less cluttered and would potentially be easier to read.
