I'd not want a replacement dial on my beautiful old Air King. I'd get it to a watch maker to remove the crystal and take the marker out (keep it obviously) so it will not further damage the dial while it is on its way to Rolex. I’ve always liked the Air King, but like it more now that it has its own unique profile. The dial still may be just a little busy for me with so many 5s, but overall I really like it, and then again it may loose a bit of that funky uniqueness if they lost it. In short, to complain that the Air-King's dial is too busy is to not understand the Air-King. It would be like complaining that the Submariner's dial has no numbers. I contacted the AD and they want me to come back and send the watch back to Rolex for the error to be corrected.
